For the set of trump cards which forms another aspect of this project, I included the calories per 100g of each item of food or drink featured. From this I have been able to discover fascinatingly unscientific data about the healthiest and unhealthiest boroughs in London. This first chart shows the total calories (per 100g) of all the Streats in each borough, where somewhat obviously those boroughs with the most Streats tend to be the fattest, hence Hillingdon with 35 Streats has the most calories. |

| This second chart, however, shows the average calorific value of each borough: the total calories divided by the number of Streats therein. Islington is an anomaly having just the two Streats. The big winner is Tower Hamlets, which from being one of the unhealthiest boroughs overall, becomes pleasingly average. Waltham Forest, with its dedication to fruit is to be applauded, although in both charts, Camden is the average borough with its thoroughly healthy mix of fruit, fish and meat. | ||||||||||||||
